About our asphalt pavingResidential driveways, wider approaches, and parking lots for offices, shops and other commercial properties, sized for the traffic they carry.
Commercial pavingA protective coat that slows oxidation, fading and surface cracking from long, sunny Roseville summers.
About seal coatingAn economical, high-traction surface for longer private drives and rural roads on the edges of Roseville and into the Placer foothills.
About chip sealRoseville sits where the Sacramento Valley meets the Sierra foothills. Summers are hot and dry, with many days in the high 90s and above, and most of the year’s rain arrives in winter storms. Heat and UV dry out asphalt binder over time, which shows up as graying, raveling and hairline cracks. Winter water then finds those cracks and works into the base. Good paving here starts below the surface: we look at the existing soil and base, set the grade so water drains off the pavement and away from structures, and compact each layer before the asphalt goes down.
Whether you are replacing a worn driveway, widening an approach, or adding parking space beside the house, we can talk through the options. When you contact us, it helps to share the approximate length and width, what the current surface is, and whether trucks, trailers or an RV use the driveway. If the existing asphalt is cracked but the base is still sound, an overlay or targeted repair may be enough. If the base has failed, with soft spots, deep ruts or areas that hold water, removing and rebuilding that section is usually the longer-lasting choice.
Retail centers, offices, churches, HOAs and light industrial sites around Roseville all depend on parking areas that stay open and usable. We pave new lots, repair failed sections, and seal coat existing asphalt to extend its life. Let us know about delivery traffic, business hours and any areas that must stay open so work can be phased around your schedule. See our commercial paving services for more detail.
Small problems are cheaper to fix early. Potholes, edge breaks and cracked patches can often be cut out and repaved before damage spreads. On asphalt that is still structurally sound, seal coating helps protect the surface from sun, water and automotive fluids. For longer drives and rural roads outside town, chip seal is a cost-effective, durable option.

Every paving job starts with understanding the site. We will ask about the size of the area, the current surface, how the pavement is used, and any drainage problems you have noticed, such as puddles that linger after a storm or water running toward the garage or building. Photos are helpful if you have them. From there we can explain the options that fit the property, whether that is a new driveway, an overlay, a repair, seal coating or chip seal, and what each involves. Many Roseville properties also have HOA guidelines, so check whether your association needs to review driveway work before it is scheduled. Our goal is a clear scope so you know what is being done and why before any work begins.
